It was followed by a bullish breakout above the 21 ema resistance zone.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>But price action still faces hefty resistance (red box) from the previous top and long-term moving averages.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Price action managed to break above the resistance trend line (dotted orange) during the weekend.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This article analyses the expected\u00a0Elliott Wave\u00a0and FIbonacci patterns on the Bitcoin 4 hour and 1 hour charts.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Bitcoin (BTC\/USD) H4 Chart<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h2 class=\"fxs_headline_medium\"><a href=\"https:\/\/forex.quebec\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/bitcoin-btc-usd-14062021.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-28227 size-full\" title=\"bitcoin btc\/usd 4062021\" src=\"https:\/\/forex.quebec\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/bitcoin-btc-usd-14062021.png\" alt=\"bitcoin btc\/usd 4062021\" width=\"1918\" height=\"896\" srcset=\"https:\/\/forex.quebec\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/bitcoin-btc-usd-14062021.png 1918w, https:\/\/forex.quebec\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/bitcoin-btc-usd-14062021-300x140.png 300w, https:\/\/forex.quebec\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/bitcoin-btc-usd-14062021-1024x478.png 1024w, https:\/\/forex.quebec\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/bitcoin-btc-usd-14062021-768x359.png 768w, https:\/\/forex.quebec\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/bitcoin-btc-usd-14062021-1536x718.png 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1918px) 100vw, 1918px\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"fxs_headline_medium\">Price charts and technical analysis<\/h2>\n<p>The\u00a0BTC\/USD\u00a0made a strong bullish reversal after testing the previous bottom and Fibonacci retracement levels:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The bullish reversal is probably part of a ABC (green) wave or even a potential 123.<\/li>\n<li>Price action managed to break above the resistance trend line (dotted orange) during the weekend.<\/li>\n<li>But price action still faces hefty resistance (red box) from the previous top and long-term moving averages.<\/li>\n<li>A bearish bounce (orange arrows) could retest the support again where a bullish bounce is expected (green arrows).<\/li>\n<li>A bullish breakout (blue arrow) could indicate an immediate push up. A bull flag pattern (grey arrows) could indicate even more upside (purple arrow).<\/li>\n<li>A break below the support line (green) places it on hold (orange circle) and a break below the bottom invalidates it (red circle).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>On the 1 hour chart, price action is showing strong bullish momentum:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A 5 wave pattern (black 1-5) seems to be visible.<\/li>\n<li>The bullish 5 waves could complete a wave 1 (blue).<\/li>\n<li>A bearish ABC (black) could indicate a wave 2 (blue).<\/li>\n<li>The Fibonacci retracement levels of wave 2 could act as support (blue arrows).<\/li>\n<li>Especially the support zone (green box) could indicate a bounce due to the inverted head and shoulders pattern.<\/li>\n<li>All Fibonacci levels are potentially support levels.<\/li>\n<li>A break below the 88.6% Fib makes it less likely (orange circle) whereas a break below the bottom invalidates it (red circle).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><strong>Bitcoin (BTC\/USD) H1 Chart<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/forex.quebec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/bitcoin-analyse-14062021.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"bitcoin analysis 06142021\" src=\"https:\/\/forex.quebec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/bitcoin-analyse-14062021.png\" alt=\"bitcoin analysis 06142021\" width=\"1916\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<hr class=\"fxs_divider_third\" \/>\n<p>The analysis has been done with the\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elitecurrensea.com\/ref\/2147\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ecs.SWAT method and ebook.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>By Chris Svorcik<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chris Svorcik has co-founded Elite CurrenSea in 2014 together with Nenad Kerkez, aka Tarantula FX.
